Sales Officer

About the role

As a Sales Officer at ecozmart ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position involves engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to expand our client base. Your strategic sales expertise and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying and pursuing sales leads through proactive prospecting and networking
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to generate revenue for the company
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any post-sales inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
• Continuously updating sales pipeline and activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
