A Sales Marketing Admin is expected to:
  • Admin, Bookings and Seeking approval from Sales Director
  • Liaising with venues
  • Pre and post-comms for Conferences
  • Resource allocation for Conference
  • Calendar invites to Partnership Managers
  • Travel request forms for Partnership Managers
  • Updating collective/events/sponsorship
  • Organising Conference prizes
  • Action sales requests to the team, update system
  • Assisting with marketing tasks which include:
  • Developing and actioning a comms plan and Copy writing
  • Relationship visit reports entry
  • Monitoring and actioning the Sales inbox
  • Monitoring and actioning the Sponsorship inbox
  • Google alerts
  • Email set up and Email send statistics
  • Website content
  • Information packs – sending and Event RSVP monitoring
  • Due diligence entry and ACECQA data entry
  • Partnership portal screenshots
Market intel updates:
  • Updating contact details
  • Updating school details
  • Manage service-related communication requests that there
  • is a template for from the RM/OM/GM
  • Assist with any other additional ad hoc tasks as requested
  • by Manager
What it takes to be part of our team:
  • Good communication and organisational skills (essential)
  • Experience in project management (desirable)
  • Experience in campaign execution (desirable)
  • Marketing content writing skills (desirable)
  • Previous experience in more than one
