Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with Territory Development Leader and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed, and monitoring KPI achievement
• Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control, and excellent merchandising
• Support marketing activities by distributing advertising materials
• Ensure accuracy in stock control and inventory management
• Assist in loading and unloading of company cargo or stocks

Qualifications:

• Graduated from High School or any vocational courses
• At least two years of field sales and driving experience in a multinational FMCG company
• Passionate about achieving individual/team objectives and the desire and ability to learn
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
• Professional Driver's License with Restriction Codes 1,2,3
