About the Team & Business Line:

The OCM Officer is a member of Operations Control Management (OCM) team. The OCM Analyst provides support to the Head of Operations Control Management globally to oversee the business side of the risk framework within the Citco Corporate Solutions Division (C2S). The OCM Analyst reports to the Head of OCM.

Your Role:

• ​You will assist in risk events and action plan management and maintenance of Risk Management Portal (RMP): updating the system, keeping status track, providing consolidated status reports, liaising with the internal stakeholders.
• You will support activities to perform risk control self-assessments and participate/coordinate risk events risk assessments.
• You will assist in coordination of Business Continuity Management including risk assessments, status tracking, documentation and reporting.
• You will participate in developing key control testing frameworks including testing following test instructions and reporting the final outcomes.
• You will assist and participate in quality assurance activities working on data analytics and data preparation and reporting.

About You:

• You have college or university degree (preferably) in Risk Management, Management or Business Studies, Information Technology, Finance or Economics, Law.
• You have relevant experience in the financial industry, Regulatory/Compliance, Quality Assurance & Control, Audit and/or Risk Management role.
• You have knowledge of the company and Quality Assurance and Risk Management in the financial sector.
• You have sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.
• You are able to analyze, consolidate and present information.
• You have result oriented approach to work.
• You fluent in English (written and spoken).
