About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at Jollibee Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Startoll Lipa, Batangas restaurant. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Based in Lipa City Batangas, you will play a key part in achieving the company's strategic goals within the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all customers
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase efficiency, and improve profitability
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the restaurant's team
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the broader Jollibee Group team to share best practices and contribute to the company's overall success

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of the Hospitality & Tourism industry, including relevant regulations and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the overall success of the Jollibee Group
