Job Summary
Primarily responsible for the receipt, collation, processing and monitoring of accounts endorsed by Section Head for registration and encumbrance in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, Bank / BDOLFI policies and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed with various business units.

Primarily responsible for the receipt, collation, processing and monitoring of accounts endorsed by Section Head for registration and encumbrance in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, Bank / BDOLFI policies and guidelines and within the set service levels agreed with various business units.
Job Responsibilities
- Checks the completeness and accuracy of mortgage and related documents for registration, cancellation, amendments, Transfer of Ownership. correction of entries, printing of Certified True Copy (CT) of Titles, change denomination or encumbrance.
- Registration and encumbrance of accounts in the Registry of Deeds (RD), Land Transportation Office (LTO) and other government related agencies as needed
- Prepare Liquidation Statements for registration expenses incurred in D and / or LTO transactions and deposits any excess amount from the Cash Advance
- Maintains the Registration Masterlist / BRACS Template of all accounts endorsed to the Unit and updates status accordingly for every movement in processing
- Records and reports errors incurred by ESPs, In-house Registrants, EOs and Branches to the Section / Unit Head.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Should have at least 3 years' gained from a commercial/ universal bank or other financial institution.
- Knowledgeable in loans documentation and processing.
- Analytical, systematic, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
