MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
As our Regional HR Officer for Mad Monkey, you will be working directly and offer support to the regional HR team with scheduling appointments, training, preparing contracts, letters and other correspondence, booking flights, organizing travel itineraries, etc
Building strong relationships of leadership internally and with suppliers by ensuring Mad Monkey core values; Curiosity, Positivity, Courage, Sincerity and family spirit have visibility within the business
Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the HR departments across Mad Monkey in the Philippines
  • Help organize memo regarding internal and external changes within the company
  • Organize, compile and update Mad Monkey HRIS database with information such as new hires, recruitment tracker, masterlists, etc
  • Receive, organize and store paperwork relating to HR Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain schedules and calendar activities as required and employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Ensure a proactive organized approach to our HR admin offering new ways of work and best practices
  • Assist with recruitment interviewing and contractual paperwork as required
  • Post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Take well planned and on time action with each team member to prepare all required documents for social insurance every month under HRM guidelines and cooperation with the accountant team
  • Prepare all required documentation and coordinate with agency and foreigner team members for Work permit procedures. Support HRM in work permit application if needed
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information under the HR manager’s observation and control
  • Provide orientations for new team members by sharing onboarding or induction plan and explaining company policies
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars, induction etc
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Coordinate with each hostel/property within the Philippines to keep updating the HR Administration situation in general and report to HRM directly immediately when any unusual situation occurs
  • Extra duties/tasks may be assigned by HRM to make sure the performance of the HR Administration Department is consistent with the requirements of the People Care Department. Such us activities/events organization, community activities etc
  • Great communication in English is a requirement
  • Good knowledge of hospitality industry and relevant experience will be an advantage
