We're a startup focused on solving the timeless retail theft problem and other core problems for small businesses using AI. We're in almost 1,000 stores and work with several Fortune 500 customers in addition to 50+ other customers. Struggling retailers who are facing decreasing sales and large risk in today's economy depend on us to mitigate loss and maintain profitability.

We are a distributed team with over 20 people around the world.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants

Develop job postings and manage job boards

Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team

Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes

Job Details:
Full-time status (40 hours per week)

Able to work during US Eastern time zone

Starting hourly rate of $5.00 - $7.00 USD (depending on experience)

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (optional)

3+ years of recruitment experience

Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
