Meet the team: We are hiring for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our TA Global flex team and the larger Talent Acquisition organization. In this role, you will collaborate and partner with regional TA leaders to manage recruitment process. We are committed to provide recruitment support to the global/regional teams. Our goal is to recruit, manage, and retain by promoting and recruiting the best-qualified people as well as recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the workplace. Where you come in:
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from advertising the job in multiple platforms up until the candidate accepts the offer
  • Provide a reliable recruitment support by keeping a close collaboration with the hiring team
  • Identify recruitment challenges and contribute to developing a concrete hiring strategy that will support the team to gain qualified talent
  • Create a robust recruiting practice that will enable the team to attract new talents and reduce hiring cost
  • Develop a recruitment strategy that will enable the team to tailor the practices to each region and maximize the benefits that come with team diversity
  • Utilize available hiring tools in processing applications across all requisitions to work on a more efficient process and provide a great hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Serve as the forefront person for Dexcom and promote the company’s mission to candidates and external partners

What makes you successful:
  • You must have a full life cycle recruitment experience
  • You must have experience recruiting in either regional or global environment
  • You have worked closely with stakeholders/hiring leaders in managing requisitions
  • You have strong sourcing ability across different platforms and multiple job boards
  • You can identify recruitment challenges and are able to present to the hiring managers
  • You take initiative and can collaborate with COEs in providing hiring solutions
  • You have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • You are familiar with niche/technical jargons and have hired for several technical positions
  • You are flexible to change and can easily adapt to new environment
  • You are very passionate about promoting Dexcom’s mission to empower people to take control of their health

Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
