1. Develop new products that respond to customer needs and satisfaction based on the approved Action Form (AF) and R&D request form.

2. Ensure that the product testing are done adherence to the organization and regulatory standard

3. Ensure timely development and launching of new products without quality and food, safety issues

4. Coordinate with purchasing on the raw material supply, to established additional alternative suppliers

5. Check the ingredients evaluation (Material Evaluation Report testing) report (new and improved) products.

6. Ensure that the bluesky conduct quarterly as ideation projects presented in the New Product Development Board.

7. Monitor customer feedback regarding on their approved request sample and provide feedback to management

8. Provide to superior a weekly project updated (ticketting report) on the progress of the work in the department related to NPD request projects.

9. Attend customer complaint (if instructed by the R&D Manager & Group Manager)

10. Analyzed result of kitchen laboratory analysis; prepare recommendation that will result in cost reduction, product and process improvement.

11. Review performance of staff and ensure that the training plan for all jobs roles is in place.

12. Set KPI target based on the need of Integrated Management System (IMS) standard and for the growth of the business

13. Conduct training and awareness regarding different programs (HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and Food Allergen, etc.).

14. Ability to present a well organized comprehensive and substantive report.

15. Competent in conducting training, seminars (speaking, hosting, facilitating and other presentation raw materials) and motivate large group

16. Follow and observed company rules and regulation while within the plant premixes.

17. Assumes the direct and indirect responsibility to implement objectives, target and program of the company to ensure that the integrated management system of the company is implemented.

18. Initiates action under his/her scope work to assure that BFFI product, processes and services are carried out environmentally responsible and protective manner, to guarantee the integrity of BFFI’s food safety practice, to ensure the health and safety, measures is consistently abide and to implement continual improvement programs.

19. Perform other related task assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering and other related course
  • at least 2 years in the food industry particularly in R&D
  • With Product/Formulation Development Skills
