As a Lead Analyst, Market Research, you will:
- Work with the Research and Insights Team to develop research designs in response to the business groups’ needs and apply Copeland’s standard processes, which typically need prioritization, usage and attitudes studies, concept tests, and brand tracking studies.
- Field quantitative studies typically involve survey programming, email blasts of survey invitations, and data collection.
- Perform data cleaning, quality checks, and initial data analysis using statistical data analysis software, such as Sawtooth Software Lighthouse Studio.
- Draw insights from the data and work with the team to create final reports and present them to business groups.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all research projects with a high level of responsiveness to internal collaborators.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course with a specialty in Market Research or a focus on Business Analysis, Statistics, Economics, or similar, combined with marketing.
- 4 years of work experience in a Market Research role with relevant experience in primary quantitative research methods.
- Experience in the HVACR industry is a plus.
- Background in offshore service operations is a plus.
