QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Introduce and facilitate QMS implementation in the organization in conjunction with the different departments of the organization.
• Responsible in the drafting and registration of the organization’s initial documentation per QMS requirement.
• Responsible for the registration, monitoring, distribution, keeping, maintenance, and disposal of the company’s documented information.
• Perform process review and process mapping
• Propose or introduce opportunities for improvement based on process review results.
• Conduct verification audits on the implementation of improvements, corrective, and/or preventive actions.
• Facilitate scheduled internal audits.
• Risk Management

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and monitor complaints from customers and issue Complaint Assessment to concerned department.
• Issue Corrective Action Report form to issues that require corrective action.
• Conform to the organization’s policies and standards
• Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other tasks, maybe assigned by immediate head.
