We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify software defects.
Define and structure an Automation Framework for eCommerce platform.
Develop automation scripts following best practices to ensure efficiency and maintainability.
Design and implement automated test solutions using tools like Selenium, PyTest, or similar
frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test
coverage.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Set up and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
Troubleshoot existing automation and debug issues by analyzing logs and system behavior.
Document test procedures, results, and bug reports in tools like JIRA.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on automation.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Python, Java, and/or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of SQL and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
