- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hotel rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Attend to guest requests and inquiries promptly to ensure high-quality service.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- High school or senior high school graduate.
- Preferably with TESDA NCII.
- At least 6 months experience in similar role.
- Willing to undergo training for 3 days.
- With communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
