  • Will handle all the communications and documentations of lease and sale transactions
  • Responsible for researching market comparable and come up with a recommendation to help the company and clients in getting the best rates, terms and conditions
  • Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing and sales activities
  • Follow the latest trends and news in real estate
  • Responsible with meeting the monthly quota to be assigned
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
