Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Architect
- With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction related to project/construction management of office, retail, and residential developments
- With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..) is an advantage
- Adept in Project Development and Construction Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in business development and secure Project Management services for the group
- Prepare project charter listing major details of the project including objectives, scope and limitations, risk management, constraints and expected project completion
- Manage the project execution
- Ensure strict post construction documentation and Project Closure
- Monitor billing and collection of completed services and projects
