- Responsible for site operations/implementation involving architectural and related finishing works
- Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with the approved architectural plans and specifications
- Coordinate architectural/finishing works of subcontractors and other trade works
- Prepares submittals and preparation of shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and other related field drawing and documents.
- Monitors work progress, schedules, subcontractors’ accomplishment and materials deliveries
Qualifications:
- Must have licensure in Architecture
- Preferably with experience in High rise or Vertical Construction.
- Must be willing to be assign in Mindanao
- Must be proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Must have good management and communication skills
- Must be dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player
