RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner Enablement Framework Planning and Execution
- Quarterly communication with Regional Product Managers on product launch roadmap and partner training requirements
- Consolidation of per country partner enablement requirements
- Map out partner training plans and priorities together with the Asia Channels Program Manager aligned to both Vertiv focused objectives and partner requirements
- Conceptualize creative activities for an efficient and successful execution of partner training framework
- Create interesting, out-of-the-box ideas for channel enablement activities, for both physical and digital rollout.
- Execute strategic solutions enablement programs like IT Attach, HPC AI, etc to the partner community, in collaboration with the solutions team and marketing team.
Channel Enablement Programs and Events Management and Communication
- Manage and oversee the training calendar
- Lead the planning and execution of training events and webinars, teaming up with the product management and marketing teams
- Ensure trainings are properly scheduled, invites sent, well-attended, and effectively facilitated
- Oversee distributor-led reseller enablement sessions are planned and carried out, and results submitted to Vertiv.
- Share upcoming enablement sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
Reports and Database Management and Data Analysis
- Update the channel enablement database tracker regularly as training sessions and webinars happen
- Update monthly reports for regional and global business reviews
- Send out monthly enablement results reports to each country and regional functional team
- Generate monthly ROI report for partner trainings done
- Create monthly report slides on channel enablement programs updates and results, to be submitted to Asia Channels Program Manager
- Provide training results and data for Vertiv Incentive Program inclusion.
Digital Platform Management for Channel Enablement Programs
- Manage the training modules in the partner portal, creating ideas for content, collaborating with product management and marketing teams for regular updates.
- Create effective programs, promos, and push/pull activities to drive partner traffic for online training.
- Communicate with regional or global resources on portal concerns related to the training section of the portal.
- Extract reports from portal trainings, analyze data results, and generate activities for more efficient portal enablement
- Create ideas for email nurturing enablement content, collaborating with the product management, marketing, and country channels teams for execution.
- Be involved with strategic initiatives via social media platforms, and any other digital platforms necessary to drive channel enablement
Other tasks
- May join business reviews, communication meetings and update sessions with the Channel team
- Familiarize oneself and abide by the team's policies and procedures.
- Other assigned tasks and activities by the immediate superior.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Graduate of any technology or engineering course and with at least 2-3 years of work experience in sales, sales engineering, or business development and preferably knows the IT channel business.
- Prior experience or background in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas for activities and programs
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Database and Reports Management and Data Analysis
- Substantial knowledge and experience on Digital and Social Media Platforms
- Collaborative, assertive, pleasant personality, comfortable to work with different groups
- Can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Adapts well to change and fluctuations on workload
