  • Tasked to monitor bikers during live booking (acting as a mystery passenger).
  • Assigned to report biker behavior to the training team and QA.
  • Act as a bridge between Biker and the company to hear out their daily comments regarding live booking discreetly.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Filipino, and Bisaya.
  • Must be amenable to perform field work in different cities in Cebu.
  • Proficiency in Google Mobile applications required
  • Knowledge using the standard Mobile Application (Motorcycle Taxi apps)
