Outbound Sales Representative

Our Outbound Sales Representatives perform outbound calls to generate sales. They proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce products or services, and aim to close deals. The goal is to create connections and drive sales growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting outbound calls to small to medium businesses to introduce and promote alternative funding services. 
• Communicate with customers over the phone to understand their needs and guide them through the application process. 
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas. 

Qualifications: 

• At least 6 Months Outbound B2B Sales Experience 
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred. SHS and HS(Old Curriculum) Graduates are accepted 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language. 
• Flexibility and adaptability to different schedules 
• Willing to report to our Claveria, Davao Office
