* Experienced in managing a Finance and Accounting client in BPO or international companies.
* With client or vendor experienced.
* Knowledgeable in General Acctg, Bookkeeping or Audit.
* And ability to managed large spans with client management skills and KPI management.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree in any field (preferably related to finance).
- At least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in project management. Client/vendor management is advantageous.
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and people skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applications on the Google platform.
- Willing to work onsite (BGC / Ortigas).
