This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for a leading company in the Administration & Office Support industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email and chat
• Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Contributing to the overall success of the customer service department

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or senior high school degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred, but not required
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
