The Operations Support Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide oversight on activities being performed at CSIPL, inter-affiliate which manages processing for PH. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual actions as BAO for CSIPL.
• Support migration of Digital records planned for completion by Q2 2025, until such time, support Buyer via Records Retrieval Process.
• Support physical records retrieval through Purchaser access and partner with RMO for destruction
• Review, Validate and Track system decommissioning & data deletion activities
• Manage ownership for 146 safe deposit box contents in our possession. SDB content reviews to be conducted twice a year with Maker-Checker controls.
• Manage ownership of 16 mortgage documents, 51 auto loan certificates of registration, 4 TIPCO share certificates to be released upon customer’s claim.
• Reporting of Garnishment balances to regulators
• Manage engagements with UBP, buyer for Citi consumer business
• Engage with site-leadership, legal, ICRM, ORM and Ops. on various activities.
• MCA monitoring and testing
  
  

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63,
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
