Job Qualification:
- Graduate of either Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law or other related field of Civil Construction
- At least have 2-3 years of work experience in the construction industry/contract management
- Proficient in written and verbal English language
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Can work with minimum supervision, responsible with the given task, and work efficiently
Job Description:
- Primary for business marketing for infrastructure projects of government agency as well as private company such as, but not limited to, civil construction and marine/off-shore works
- Prepare pre-qualification and/or bid/tender
- Contract administration work
- Capable /adept in making letter/correspondence, minutes, drawing, report, and/ or research work
- Workplace office in Makati City
