Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through email and live-chat, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction.
- Reflect our brand’s voice and personality in every communication with customers.
- Translate our product and essential customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our product and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain a joyful and positive demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English at a professional level.
- A strong desire to assist individuals with varying levels of understanding.
- Passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Experience in customer service within a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient use of a desktop or laptop with at least 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, and a dependable internet connection of at least 20Mbps.
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in client interactions.
