Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced NetSuite Administrator. This role involves overseeing and managing our clients NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance to support our business processes efficiently.

Where you will work

8th Floor Richmond Plaza, National Highway KM30 Mabini Street, Poblacion, City of San Pedro, Laguna 4023, Philippines

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Administer, customize, and configure NetSuite to align with business requirements and processes.
  • Maintain user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security levels are in place and that data security plans are followed 100% of the time.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective data management, reporting, and integrity within NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into functional NetSuite solutions.
  • Train and support end-users in utilizing NetSuite effectively.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades or patches.
  • Liaise with NetSuite support for any critical issues or advanced support needs.
  • Create reports and dashboards to assist in data analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Stay current with NetSuite features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
  • Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience with references).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training users in complex topics.
  • Experience in customizing NetSuite to fit specific business processes and workflows.
