Provide supplementary reports on actual quantities of materials delivered and utilized in project sites. This should include materials and other items that may or may not be in the original bill of materials / land development quantity schedule. The same report should be made on excess materials not utilized on site
Review request orders of materials, labor and/or equipment that's included or not included in the standard items list but necessary to the execution of projects. Validates purchase requests of engineering or other departments in relation to execution of projects
Review and provide a detailed construction schedule report (aside from the one prepared by Engineering) detailing quantities, when and where needed with consideration to lead times; shelf life, and other conditions to minimize wastage in material handling, storage or consumption
Upload all reports to be available in a central library/server; inform management of essential discrepancies so we can calibrate our database for future projects
Make recommendations to management as he/she sees fit.

Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 2 or 3 years of experience in material control
With excellent communication skills; Possess analytical and critical-thinking; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
With experience using ERP/SAP/ORACLE.
