We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role will combine hands-on campaign assistance with strong organizational and administrative support. Youll work closely with the entire marketing department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient documentation, and seamless collaboration across projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and eager to learnsomeone who enjoys supporting both creative initiatives and operational tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and prepare regular performance summaries and reports.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market and audience data to support campaign strategy and execution.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends, gathering insights from websites, social media, and articles.

Team & Operational Support

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the entire marketing team, including managing shared folders, files, and campaign assets.
  • Assist in onboarding new marketing team members, ensuring they have the required access, materials, and orientation support.
  • Maintain and organize client invoice records, ensuring all sent invoices and related financial documentation are properly saved and easily retrievable.
  • Help coordinate internal communications, meeting schedules, and updates between marketing and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Tools & Collaboration

  • Use Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace to maintain marketing documents, reports, and shared drives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
