-Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
-Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
-Make adjustments and minor repairs
-Cooperate with the rest of the staff
-Communicating with other organisations or the public on behalf of their company
-Negotiating with others
-assist in the staffs
-perform other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
