• Korean nationals fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree and high school graduate are welcome to apply

• CSR experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients through chat, email and support
• Handling customer queries and concerns
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Build a sustainable relationship with the customers
