  • Will handle inventory management
  • Document Processing, prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all inventory transactions, stock movements, and associated permits.
  • Ensure timely processing and compliance of all permits required for inventory storage, transportation, and site activities.
  • Monitor permit validity and coordinate renewals or applications as needed.
  • Prepare and generate reports on inventory management
  • Checking of delivery issues
  • Checking of specifications and quantity at the site

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably Civil or Architectural)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and data analysis.
