Holidays : Flexible
Salary Range : 900 - 1,500 USD
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing support tickets and development requests. This position involves triaging inbound requests, providing initial responses, attempting to replicate issues, and collaborating with the technical team for effective solutions.
While technical expertise in code inspection (PHP/Javascript) or database querying (MySQL) is valuable, excellent written English and a meticulous approach to documenting and following up on issues are paramount.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Triage and manage support tickets and development requests.
- Provide initial responses to clients.
- Attempt to replicate reported issues.
- Liaise with the technical team to facilitate issue resolution.
- Read and understand code (PHP/Javascript) and query databases (MySQL).
- Utilize tools like Asana for task management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written English.
- Some understanding of B2B software and operations.
- Ability to read code (PHP/Javascript) and query databases (MySQL).
- Familiarity with task management tools, preferably Asana.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT Technical Support.
