Pace Academy Inc. is one of the leading Christian educational institutions in Quezon City. It was founded by the Lao family during the last years of the 1990s offering nursery classes.

Since its establishment, Pace Academy has continued to expand and add new curricular programs. At present, it offers classes in Kinder, Grades school, and Junior High School while its Senior High School (SHS) department includes the ABM and STEM strands

The institution is home to top university admission examination passers. Its SHS Batch in 2017 has a passing rate of 43 % for UPCAT, 59% for ACET, 95% for DLSU CET, and 100% for USTET.
Provide admin and clerical support for the entire school, such as but not limited to ID printing, CCTV troubleshooting and monitoring, desktop and laptop support and maintenance, printer maintenance and troubleshooting, loading of cash into the ID, setting up of Fetcher System, etc.

Registers, troubleshoots, and manages iPads of the school (Teachers and Students' iPads), which includes, but are not limited to installation of eBooks, MDM, Google Classroom, etc.

Manages the school’s accounts, such as, but not limited to Gmail, eSchoolPad, etc.

Helping with eSchoolPad installation and supporting users of eSchoolPad.

Contact suppliers to IT equipment procurement.

Provides design layouts, such as but not limited to school ID layout, banner layouts, tarps, flyers, magazine, etc.

Uploads information and announcements on the school’s website and Facebook page.

Assist and help teachers, staff, and administrators with their questions or concerns, and provide solutions in an efficient and timely manner.

Assist school heads with their questions or concerns, and provide solutions in an efficient and timely manner.

Performed other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Must have a working knowledge of computer systems.

Must know how to use Photoshop, Microsoft applications, and Google Apps.

Must be hard-working, respectful, and kind.

Can work with minimal supervision.

Must have initiative.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City or to any place that they are assigned to.
