IT Security GRC Analyst (AU FMCG, Office-based)

Description

Salary: P90,000-130,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree and significant relevant experience in a technical area, particularly in policy formation, legislative research, or risk management within a recognized framework.
• At least 4 years’ experience working in a global IT Security GRC activities is mandatory.
• Experience working in SOX program environment or similar auditing framework program.
• Experience using MS Office tools such as Visio
• Creating and maintaining monitoring plans and schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Exposure to standard business practice/ IT audits, controls, compliance
  
  

Nice To Have

• Certification/s related to IT Security and/or GRC is a plus.
• Prior experience with technical writing is favourable
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing and / or supply chain environment will be highly regarded.
  
  

What will you do?

• Support Risk and Compliance by reviewing IT resources and assessment tools.
• Monitor IT general controls at various levels (application, database, OS, process).
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate process documentation and maintain the IT General Controls master list.
• Coordinate with control owners for ongoing management and testing of IT General Controls.
• Assist with audits and maintain relations with SOX stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and perform risk assessments with business units.
• Maintain the IT risk register.
• Participate in compliance audits (internal and external).
• Conduct control testing aligned with IT General Controls and SOX requirements.
• Deliver assurance activities for control processes like user access review.
• Advise departmental projects on best security practices.
• Implement and maintain methods for data extraction and analysis metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical owners to document processes and requirements.
• Provide support to security, risk, and compliance functions as needed.
• Work with IT to address non-compliance issues promptly.
• Participate in SOX IT projects to ensure compliance with control requirements for new systems.
• Assist the Technology team with activities such as purchase order creation and submissions.
