The IT Quality Assurance and Tech is responsible for the following:
· Reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
· Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
· Prioritizing and planning testing activities
· Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems.
· Graduates of BS Computer Science, Information Technology are preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Experience in remote desktop applications and help desk software
· IOS development desired, but not required
· Willing to work onsite in BGC
