As an IT Network Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure within the iSlot machine studio. Your role will involve managing a team of network engineers, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of the network systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic mindset will contribute to the development and management of a robust and scalable network environment.

Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management:

Develop and implement network infrastructure strategies and roadmaps to meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Ensure proper network connectivity, capacity, and security across the organization.


Team Management and Leadership:
Manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional development of team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.


Network Security and Compliance:
Establish and enforce network security policies, procedures, and controls to protect against internal and external threats.
Monitor network traffic for security breaches, investigate incidents, and implement appropriate security measures.
Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Network Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor network performance metrics, such as bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss, and take proactive measures to optimize network performance.
Conduct network capacity planning to ensure sufficient bandwidth and resources to meet current and future needs.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network configurations, protocols, and quality of service.

Network Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Provide expert-level support for network-related incidents and complex troubleshooting.
Conduct root cause analysis of network issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.


Network Infrastructure Upgrades and Projects:
Plan and oversee network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and projects, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruptions.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure network equipment, software licenses, and support contracts.
Evaluate and test new network technologies and solutions for potential implementation.

Budgeting and Vendor Management:
Develop and manage the network infrastructure budget, including equipment purchases, maintenance contracts, and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with network equipment vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure quality service delivery and resolve issues.
Stay updated on the latest network technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Generate regular reports on network performance, availability, security, and project status for stakeholders and management.
Provide recommendations for network improvements, optimizations, and future expansion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Network Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, architectures, and technologies.
Experience with network administration in Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking vendors.
Solid understanding of network security principles, including access controls, firewalls, and VPNs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in network environments.
Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP) are highly desirable.
