  • At least 4 years college graduate (with equivalent to any related business course)
  • At least 1 year experience in Invoicing or in a role with high volume transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • With SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work full-time (Monday to Friday) in BGC, Taguig City

Key functions

  • Generate invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a reliable billing process and controls to ensure orders are billed on time and invoices are error free.
  • Prepares summary of invoices and transactions with adjustments
  • Monitor back orders and prepare summary report.
  • Maintains invoicing related files
  • Effectively communicating with clients, customers and sales to establish good relationship and resolving complaints.
  • Works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
