Apply now to join One team, One Kroll About The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern that will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Information Technology (IT), technical services to business unit related applications, software, and hardware. Performs service desk functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services including deployment of IT solutions, complies to corporate standards, applying the right use of IT tools, continuing education of users, ensuring proper monitoring and control of the IT assets (hardware and application/software licenses) Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge Of Computer Hardware/Software, Network, and General PC Usage.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office Application such as outlook, OneDrive etc.
  • Understanding of latest version of Windows operating system
  • Provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, account unlock etc.
  • Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops,
  • Resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless),
  • Providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested,
  • Providing basic knowledge in active directory
  • Basic knowledge in Active Directory, MS exchange/O365 admin
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with key leaders and staff across the organization
  • Work closely with business units to fully understand their requirements.
  • Must have the ability to work under immense pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees.
  • Extensive PC hardware experience and problem solving skills (able to build, diagnose, and repair computers)
  • Able to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Willing and able to lift a minimum of 30 kg.
  • Proven progression within previous roles through strong desire to learn.
