JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • More than 3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Address employee relations issues by resolving conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture, and responding to concerns.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts or grievances.
  • Ensure a positive working environment and promote effective communication between employees and management.
  • Address disciplinary issues and implement corrective actions in line with company policies.
  • Implement training and development initiatives, including coordinating workshops and tracking employee progress.
  • Maintain training records and ensure that employees complete mandatory training programs.
  • Identify and address employee needs related to performance issues, training, and career growth.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including administering performance reviews, setting goals, and tracking employee progress.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs and assist with open enrollment and inquiries.
  • Provide employees with information regarding benefit options and assist with resolving any related issues.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR laws, DOLE/NLRC updates, and best practices; regularly update Management on these changes.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding contracts, policies, and HR-related matters.
