Hub Lead - Operations, Shopee Xpress (Escalante, Negros Occidental) - #101359
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
- Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
- Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
