Job Summary
The HROD Associate is responsible for supporting various human resources and organizational development functions. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, fostering professional development, and ensuring the organization's HR practices align with its strategic goals. The HROD Associate collaborates with multiple departments to implement programs that improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD):
- Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies and programs to support organizational change and employee development.
- Conduct needs assessments and help in crafting training programs and workshops based on skill gaps.
- Support leadership development initiatives by facilitating training programs and creating career development plans.
Talent Management:
- Help manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, employee evaluations, and feedback systems.
- Monitor and track employee development plans and progress.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Help manage employee recognition programs and activities to promote positive morale.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, providing accurate and timely responses.
Learning and Development (L&D):
- Support the design and delivery of training programs that align with the company's growth and development plans.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Maintain records of employee participation and progress in learning initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR-related reports, dashboards, and metrics as required by management.
- Assist in policy formulation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to organizational development.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Project management skills are a plus.
