-excellent interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of employees and address complex subject matter professionally.\
Duties and Responsibilities
-To perform recruitment process.
-To perform legal concerns of employee.
-Create and implement effective onboarding plans
-Develop training and development programs
-Assist in performance management processes
-Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
-Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
