Role Overview
The HR Manager develops and implements an organization-wide human resource strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and its current long-term business objectives. The HR Manager ensures the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Educational Background
- Graduate of AB/BS Human Resources Management.
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology/Behavioral Science or any related course.
- With at least five to seven (5-7) years of experience as HR Generalist.
- One to two (1-2) years in a management position.
- Knowledge in HR Principles, best practices, and Labor Laws.
- Knowledge in HR Systems.
- Ability to organize and maintain a database of employees, HR files, and records.
- Skills: Leadership, Communication (written and oral), MS Office, Organization, Customer Service, Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Business Acumen.
- Attitude: Integrity, proactive, can work with minimum supervision, meets deadlines, punctuality, innovative, action-oriented, positive, team-player, multi-skilled, can work under pressure, resilient, and resourceful.
