HR Generalist

The Generalist Human Resources is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering Human Resources programs and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives.
Total Rewards:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain and analyze HR ticketing metrics and enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits
- Assist in various rewards and recognition programs
Employee Relations
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire, employee satisfaction and employee turnover rates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in organizing company-wide employee activities
Talent Management:
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize periodic and annual employee performance reviews
- Assist in the talent review by ensuring competency profiles of employees are updated
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 8 years in similar capacity, HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge in Philippine employment laws and various government mandatory benefits.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail, analytically driven with excellent organizational skills
