Join our HR Operations team and play a pivotal role in making decisions that will drive transformation across the HR Operations function.

What role you will play?



You will work as part of a small team, focused on driving change through contributing to strategy and change, people and communications and eliminating failure demand, guiding the team to challenge the status quo and work on innovative solutions, through ideation, design of processes and supporting operating models, prototyping, data analytics, change management and more traditional business analysis.
