JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Management, AB Psychology or equivalent four-year course
-At least 3 years solid experience in Human Resources as Generalist or a Specialist in Employee Engagement/Relations
-Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations
-Competence to conceptualize employee engagement programs anchored with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
-Excellent and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to build rapport to all levels of employees in the company
-Working knowledge in memo preparation, announcements and due process
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
