The Nazareth School of Lipa City is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources within our school community - from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you will ensure that our organization maintains a productive and harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, experience in the educational sector is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
  • HR certification is a plus
