Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
- Strong English communication skills
- Flexible to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours
- Must be ready to start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
- Establish and maintain trust through open and professional communication with customers
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information to clients
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation
- Follow all communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
