Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service issues.
- Educate customers on products, services, and available resources.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- With or without BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- SO2 and/or SO3 is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite at our office in Lipa, Batangas.
