Job Summary:

Our online iGaming company is seeking for an experienced Payment Manager to be responsible for managing all existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and payment solutions and constantly seeking out new solutions to support the business in current and future markets. The successful candidate will ensure that all payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, while also working to optimize the payment process, seek for new payment providers to improve our offering and reduce costs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a robust payments and transactions strategy ensuring a smooth, fast and optimized payments process for our customers.
  • Researching and identifying potential PSPs and solutions that meet the business's needs.
  • Manage a variety of investigations including failed payments and non-receipts, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Negotiating terms and agreements with PSPs, including fees and performance requirements.
  • Onboarding new PSPs, including ensuring that all necessary legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Monitoring and managing existing PSPs for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Analyzing payment trends and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including finance and product teams, to ensure that payment strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Being the single point of contact for all payments’ management in the business
  • Hire, train and manage our payment team.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Desirable bachelor ́s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Payments processing tool environments (Cashier, gateways, back office etc.)
  • The Payment Manager should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and be able to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience working with Payment IQ – an advantage!
  • High level attention to details, open minded, autodidact and a team player with Can Do approach.
  • Like to work in a dynamic environment and a start-up culture.
  • Advance computer software skills, especially with MS Excel
  • Fluent in English
